The Biergärten have reopened! Yesterday we went with Roland’s parents to nearby Schloss Hohenkammer, a 17th-century castle with a moat that is now an event center.

With a nice Biergarten. The pandemic rules are pretty simple: disinfect your hands, wear a nose-mouth-mask when you are not sitting at your table, and leave a name and number so you can be contacted if necessary. We had an enjoyable afternoon.

There is also a stork nest on the property, which was exciting. I saw two; one refused to be photographed for publication, citing the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz. Birds!

Then we had a nice walk along the Glonn, a tributary of the Amper.

The sky was magnificent.

Beautiful photos as usual.
